Nicolas Fayard
Ph.D. Student at LAMSADE
I am a Ph.D. student at LAMSADE, a joint laboratory of Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and the CNRS. I am working under the supervision of Alexis Tsoukiàs on modeling collective threats, we propose a framework aiming to contribute to decision aiding in a public policy process. Considering that public policies are concerned with citizens' welfare, which is something multidimensional, subjective, and unequally distributed, we want to propose a new methodology, inspired by Sen’s capability approach, to measure citizens' welfare.
