I am a second-year Ph.D. student in the LAMSADE Team at Paris Dauphine University, under the supervision of Marta Rucoz and Sana Ben Hamida. My research focuses on predicting the ecological quality of marine environments using machine learning. My field of study is interdisciplinary, bridging computer science, biology, and environmental sciences. My project aims to contribute to saving biodiversity in the oceans (scroll down for more details on my project). I have a keen interest in bioinformatics and the new possibilities it offers for the advancement of humanity, such as how we live, move, learn, and eat, among others. Applying machine learning algorithms to biological problems is an area of particular interest for me. I am driven by a desire to understand living beings, including species interactions and the functioning of cells and their components, such as proteins, DNA, and RNA, and to study their folding, interactions, and mutations. One of my greatest strengths is versatility; I am always eager to learn new things and share my knowledge and skills with others.
