The Scientific Committee of the SING13 Conference is pleased to announce a Pre-Conference Workshop and Tutorial supported by the CoCoRICo-CoDec project funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR)  that have been planned to complement the scientific program of the SING13 Conference.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS: Computation, Communication, Rationality and Incentives in Collective and Cooperative Decision Making
